EQC Orders

The following are orders issued by the EQC. These are being posted as they can be made ready. They are organized by the DEQ Division affected. In some cases, issues cross division boundaries. For instance, groundwater quality affected by waste disposal facilities is a part of the regulatory authority of the Solid and Hazardous Waste Division. In some cases it may be necessary to review orders for more than one Division. The EQC issues two types of orders. The orders can be divided into those pertaining directly to rules developed by the Department and those orders that concern the regulatory activities by the Department. The following list explains the regulatory emphasis of each Division.
